تحضير وتجهيز الديك الرومي ،يغسل وينظف جيدا من الداخل والخارج تحت الماء البارد و يفرك بملح الطعام لازالة اى رائحة ،ثم يوضع فى صنية لإدخاله في الفرن..
نقطع البصل والجزر والثوم والكرفس و التوابل وقليل من عصير الطماطم والبصل والليمون او البرتقال ونضع بعض من هذه الخلطه داخل الرومى والباقى من خارجه وقليل من الماء و الملح فى الصنيه ثم تغطى جيدا بورق القصدير وتدخل الفرن على درجه حراره متوسطه لمدة ساعتين ويجب التأكد من وزن الرومى لو اقل من ٣.٥كج يجب تقليل وقت التسويه وان زاد عن ذالك يجب ذيادة الوقت..
مع مرعاة التأكد من عدم الإفراط في التسويه للحفاظ على شكل الديك الرومى من الكسر.🍗🐓.
طريقة عمل الأرز بالخلطه 🍚🎀نضع قليل من الزيت او الزبده على النار ونضيف اليه البصل المفروم ونقلبه حتى يتحول لونه إلى الذهبى ثم نضيف اليه الثوم وبعض من الكرفس والجزر والزنجبيل المفروم و الكركم واعواد القرفه ونحمصهم جيدا مع البصل ثم نضيف الماء الى هذه الخلطه بمقدار مناسب لتسوية الارز..
فى طاسة على النار نضع قليل من الزيت او الزبده ثم نضيف البصل المفروم والثوم حتى يتحول لونهم إلى اللون الذهبي ثم نضيف كبد الدجاج و القوانص الذي سبق وتم تقطيعهم الى مكعبات متوسطه الحجم،بعد ان تنضج ترفع من على النار ويتم تحميص الكاجو والمكسرات مع الزبيب وتقلب مع الكبد والقوانص..
المرحله الاخيرة ، يتم وضع الأرز و ونضع فوقه الديك الرومي بعد كشف ورق القصدير عنه وتحميرة جيدا ، ثم يتم نثر خلطة الكبد والقوانص مع المكسرات فوق الأرز وحول الرومي.كما موضح بالصور.
